The 2nd Korean Data Forensics Society Conferenceof Digital Forensics to be Held at Hallym University

Hallym University is honored to host the 2 nd Korean Data Forensics Society Conference of Digital Forensics. The three-day conference will take place from July 10th to July 12th, 2024, at Hallym University's CLC Vision Hall and International Center. Under the central theme of "Cybercrime and AI," this year's conference is a collaborative effort by the Korean Data Forensic Society, the Korean National Police Agency, the Korean National Police University, Hallym University, and the Data Science Research Center of the Police University. The Korean Data Forensic Society, currently presided over by Professor Ro-seop Park of Hallym University's Department of Forensic Information Science and Technology, was founded to establish a robust academic and research infrastructure that integrates public safety with data science. The conference is structured into six distinct sessions, beginning with discussions on cybercrime and digital forensic trends. The agenda will feature a wide array of presentations and in-depth discussions on diverse topics, including the integrated analysis of cyber investigation leads and technologies for victim protection.
